To manage your bookings, cancellations and rescheduling options, you must be a registered site member. This ensures your appointments, treatment history and membership benefits remain securely linked to your account. A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. Deposits are non‑refundable but may be transferable if the cancellation policy is followed. ⭐ Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To keep our schedule running smoothly and to offer appointments to clients on our waitlist, we allow cancellations up to 24 hours before your appointment start time. Who can cancel: Only registered site members How to cancel: Log into your account and manage your booking online Late cancellations: Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee, depending on the service booked No‑shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a full forfeiture of your deposit and may affect your ability to book future appointments ⭐ Rescheduling Policy If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the start time. Who can reschedule: Only registered site members How to reschedule: Log into your account and select a new available time Late rescheduling: Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be treated as a late cancellation This ensures fairness for all clients and allows us to offer unused slots to those waiting. ⭐ Waitlist Policy If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the automated waitlist. When a slot opens, the system will notify waitlisted clients in order of registration. Appointments are offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis. ⭐ Membership Appointments Clients enrolled in our 6‑Month BBL Membership Plans must adhere to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. Missed or late‑cancelled sessions may count as used sessions within the membership structure.
